CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR TRAVEL PORTAL


Domestic Flight Booking Terms
  • The total price displayed on the invoice includes all applicable government taxes.
  • Name entered in traveller's details should be exactly as per the identity proof. Name changes after booking are not allowed.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows'.
  • Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
  • To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
  • We recommend our customers to refer airlines terms and conditions before confirming the ticket.
  • By accepting our booking terms, customer is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline.
  • Jettt charges a non-refundable service charge of Rs.100/- for one-way domestic flights and Rs.150/- for roundtrip domestic flights additionally on per passenger per sector basis.

 

Check-in:

  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
  • The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

Amendments:

  • Every booking made on Jettt.com is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded, but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Jettt charges an amendment handling fee of Rs 100 per passenger per segment.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Every booking made on Jettt.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.
  • Online cancellations: Cancellations can be made online by Customer Support page. You only need to fill in the basic details with reference id on Customer Support page and the request shall be processed by us.
  • Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone on our customer care toll free number 1800 843 8400.
  • Cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Jettt will charge a cancellation fee of Rs 150 per passenger per segment for each cancellation request sent through our website Customer Support page or cancellation done with assistance from customer care.
  • Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email through our customer support shall be entertained. Jettt shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
  • For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations, but can only provide with airline customer care numbers.
  • If you have done any amendment directly with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Jettt will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • To cancel the tickets over the phone, call our 24x7 customer care toll free number 1800 843 8400. 

 

Refund:

  • It is mandatory to contact Jettt for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at Jettt.com.
  • All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Jettt by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • Convenience charge of INR 100/- for one-way flight and INR 150/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
  • In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Jettt with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Jettt within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • Jettt will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline. 

Meal Selection Policy

  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
  • The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
  • The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

International Flight Booking Terms 

  • The total price displayed on the invoice includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
  • Name entered in traveller's details should be exactly as per the passport. Name changes after booking are not allowed.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
  • For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.
  • Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
  • To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
  • Jettt is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • Jettt charges a non-refundable service charge of Rs.250/- for international flights additionally on per passenger per sector basis. Jettt reserves the right to alter any and all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the Jettt Services.
  • The airline terms and conditions can change without any notice. For the latest terms and conditions, please check directly with the airline.

 

Check-in:

  • The passenger is required to check-in at least 3 hours prior departure for International flights, else will be considered as a no show.
  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours before departure.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.
  • You need to carry appropriate travel permissions (Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. Jettt is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents). 

Amendments:

  • Jettt can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you'll need to contact the airline directly
  • Every booking made at Jettt.com is subject to amendment charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Jettt charges an amendment service fee of Rs 250 per passenger.

  • All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".
  • If you have done any amendment directly with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Jettt will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

Refunds:

  • It is mandatory to contact Jettt for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at Jettt.com.
  • Processing time for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 7 to 15 days.
  • Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline. 

Partial Payment Terms and Condition:

  • In case of partial payment mode, the remaining amount should reflect in our account as on due date suggested to you while booking the tickets.
  • Partial Payment Bookings are confirmed and ticket details would be mailed to you once payment is received and realized in full. In the event of non-receipt of the balance payment within stipulated time, the reservation will be auto-cancelled and the guarantee amount paid will be forfeited
  • Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
  • Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or Jettt.com without prior notice.
  • If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

Note: Jettt.com is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. Jettt.com shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline. In the event an airline discontinues its operations, Jettt.com will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines. 

Hotel Booking Terms

APART FROM THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOTEL TERMS.

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
  • General Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it. Please note that the check-in time is subject to change as per hotel policy.
  • Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Jettt will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  • Government has levied service tax on hotel room charges effective on stays from 1st May 2011. This tax may be required to be settled directly at the hotel if it is not levied at the time of booking.
  • Jettt Service Charge: Jettt charges a non-refundable service fee of Rs. 100 per room per night apart from the room charges charged by hotel.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Every hotel has a different cancellation policy and the user shall be charged accordingly.
  • Cancellations can be made online by Customer Support page. You only need to fill in the basic details with reference id on Customer Support page and the request shall be processed by us.
  • Jettt does not charge any cancellation fee of its own on hotel booking.
  • Please call our toll free number 1800 843 8400 for offline cancellation.
  • Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or through email or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Jettt shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating us and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.
  • If the customer doesn’t show up at the hotel, still he’ll be charged the entire amount. 

Modifications & Refunds:

  • Don't call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The hotel's agents can't make changes to or process refunds for the specially-negotiated rates.
  • We take at least 7 to 10 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled online.
  • Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account. 

Holidays Booking Terms

APART FROM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE BELOW MENTIONED ARE THE SPECIFIC HOLIDAY BOOKING TERMS

  • You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the website are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.
  • Any increase in the package cost due to fluctuation in the exchange rate is chargeable as per the date of Payment made for the Package.
  • You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.
  • Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.
  • You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control included but not limited to force majeure events etc.
  • In such cases, we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.
  • By making a booking through our website you make an offer to purchase the service or holiday package from the supplier. We are authorized by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when we send you a written confirmation of the booking and payment as per payment policy is received.
  • Before placing an order you are advised to check the description of the Holiday Package carefully. By making a booking for a Holiday Package you agree to be bound by the conditions of booking included in the Holiday Package's description.
  • Once we accept your booking on behalf of our suppliers, a legally binding contract is formed between you and the supplier of the service or holiday package chosen by you.
  • Where there is a conflict between any information on our website and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will apply in priority. Where there is a conflict between these terms and conditions and the supplier terms and conditions, the supplier's one will apply in priority.
  • We act as a mediator between you and the supplier and we cannot be held responsible for any non-performance of the contract.
  • We assume no liability for the performance of arranged services and/or holiday packages and we provide no guaranty with regard to their quality or fitness as represented.
  • The responsibility lies with the supplier as direct organizer of the services purchased by you.
  • We request you to obtain suitable insurances/other protective measures etc. to safeguard yourselves.
  • If your package includes a VISA, we will ask you for your original passport, and all related documents required by the VISA office. Visa will be on the sole Discretion of Embassy whether to Grant or Reject, Visa Fee is Non Refundable.
  • All passengers need a valid passport for international travel, regardless of the destination, but as some countries require at least six months remaining on the passport, you should check with the consulates of all the countries you are planning to visit prior to your departure, as you may be refused entry if you do not comply.
  • The suppliers providing their services and holiday packages through us are independent contractors and not our agents or our employees. We are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence or for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting there from. We have no liability and we will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
  • We only commit ourselves to a careful choice and control of our suppliers. Incidentally the relevant supplier shall be liable in its own responsibility.
  • Your right to cancel your service or holiday or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such request specifying your booking reference. The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.
  • The laws of India govern the Holiday Packages. All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

Rescheduling Charges

  • The Rescheduling Charge for any holiday package is applicable as below:
    • If Holiday package rescheduled before 21 days of the tour, reschedule charge would be 10% of package price apart from difference in package price
    • If Holiday package rescheduled before 15 days of the tour, reschedule charge would be 25% of package price apart from difference in package price

 

 

 Cancellation Charges

 

  • The Cancellation Charge for any holiday package is applicable as below:
    • If Holiday package cancelled before 21 days of the tour, charge would be 25% of package price
    • If Holiday package cancelled between 15-21 days of the tour, charge would be 50% of package price
    • If Holiday package cancelled before 15 days of the tour, No Refund

APART FROM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SOME OF THE SPECIFIC TERMS FOR TOURS PORTAL ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • You acknowledge that pictures of the tour packages as shown on the website are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.
  • The rates/prices of the tour packages shown on the website are quotation only and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.
  • A booking voucher is generated stating all your tour details that will be sent to you via email. Producing the copy of the mail is mandatory to avail the services of JETTT.com. If this is not done it entitles the driver to refuse service delivery without any liability on us to refund the booking amount.
  • Your right to cancel tour or modify your booking is determined by the applicable terms and conditions of the supplier. In such cases it is your responsibility to inform us in writing of such request specifying your booking reference or can be made through our Customer Support page on the website. The time of receipt by us of the declaration of cancellation shall be decisive for the time of withdrawal and cancellation fees to be applied by the supplier.

Rescheduling Charges

 

  • The Rescheduling Charge for any tour package is applicable as below:
    • If tour package rescheduled before 15 days of the tour, charge would be 10% of package price
    • If tour package rescheduled before 7 days of the tour, charge would be 25% of package price

The Cancellation Charge for any tour package is applicable as below:

    • If tour package cancelled before 21 days of the tour, charge would be 10% of package price
    • If tour package cancelled between 15-21 days of the tour, charge would be 25% of package price
    • If tour package cancelled between 7-14 days of the tour, charge would be 50% of package price
    • If tour package cancelled before 7 days of the tour, No Refund

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charge would be applicable.

Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or through email or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained.

Refund:

In regard to refund of unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 10-15 days due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.  

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR TAXICAB PORTAL

Jettt.com realizes that most people do not wish to cancel their reservations but cancellations and reschedule occur out of necessity. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs.

General Terms and Conditions

  • A booking voucher will be sent to the customer via email when online Taxicab booking is completed with JETTT.com. It is mandatory to provide this voucher to avail the Taxicab services by Jettt. If this is not done it entitles the driver to refuse service delivery without any liability on us to refund the booking amount.
  • Duty slip has to be filled by the customer. If this has not been done by the customer, no disputes will be entertained later. The start and end distance in Kms will be calculated from our garage. Driving speed of the vehicle as per the directions of the local transport authority only.
  • Expenses like parking charges, toll charges, state taxes and entry fees etc. to be paid by the customer.
  • All bookings under consideration are on a calendar day basis i.e. from midnight 12:00 to midnight 12:00. As an example for a Taxicab booked for 1st Jan where the pick-up time is 5:00 p.m, the booking will be valid till 1st Jan 11:59 p.m. and not 2nd Jan 5:00 p.m.
  • Distances between two locations (points) be it an intercity distance or from vendors garage etc mentioned on the website are approximate. Actual distance may differ depending on the exact geographical location of the points under consideration.
  • Car air-conditioner will not work on hilly routes & also when the vehicle is not in motion. The customer is also not expected to request driver to make the air condition operational in the afore mentioned cases.
  • The voucher is mandatory to avail any applicable discounts (or) in the case of cash back. In case of cash back, the amount will be credited to your credit card/debit card account from which the payment was made to Jettt in approximately 15 days from the pickup date.
  • Any form of discounts are only applicable only on the basic fare and cannot be made available on extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking, night charges, unless specified.
  • Driver & car details - These details will be sent to the customer by Jettt.com, approximately before an hour from the pickup time by SMS and email. In some cases the driver or an associate of Jettt may also call in advance to reconfirm with the customer.
  • Non-receipt of driver and car details- The customer needs to contact the support team at 1800 843 8400 and mention the booking reference number.
  • Payment of extra charges - Any extra charges applicable such as night charges, driver allowance, toll, taxes, state taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, parking charges etc which are not included in the booking have to be paid directly in cash to the driver.
  • Customer is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
  • The vehicle booked will be subject to availability. In a case where the Taxicab booked is not available on the day of travel, the customer will be provided with an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.
  • Transfer and local Taxicab services are valid only within city limits. For the afore mentioned taxicab services, any request for out station travel beyond city limits will entitle the driver to deny services without any liability to refund the booking amount.
  • Taxicabs that are booked for outstation (any or all of One-way, round trip & multicity) cannot be used for local travel. As an example, if a customer books a cab from Mumbai to Shirdi then to Pune and back to Mumbai for a period of 3 days in total & has a predefined Km limit of 750 Kms and he returns back to Mumbai on the second day & has a balance Km limit of 50 with one day remaining, in spite of this he is not entitled to consume this 50Kms for local travel in Mumbai (Source city), however the customer can travel from Mumbai to some other city outside city limits of Mumbai (say Thane) & consume the remaining 50 Kms or more than this by paying additional charges.
  • One way Taxicab service has all travel charges like toll, taxes etc applicable when the vehicle returns back to its original location (garage) after dropping the customer to his destination. As an example, if a customer avails one way taxicab service from Pune to Mumbai, he will have to pay all charges applicable while the vehicle returns back from Mumbai to Pune. The total charges to be borne by the customer for this return trip will be slightly lower than the charges for the first trip i.e from Pune to Mumbai.
  • The driver will wait for the customer on the travel date for not more than 60 minutes from his pick up time in a case the customer does not inform the driver on the delay. After 60 minutes the booking will be considered as a case of no show and full booking amount will be forfeited.
  • Transfers with unspecified distance coverage will only include one way transfer either from airport or railway station to a single location or vice versa. Pickups or drops from multiple locations are not included in such bookings.
  • Jettt cannot be held accountable for any delay or consequential loss caused to the customer due to traffic jam or reasons beyond reasonable control of the driver or lapses on the part of the driver.
  • Jettt cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury etc suffered by the customer while availing its services.
  • In case of any misconduct or misbehaviour by the driver the customer should immediately report to the support team at 1800 843 8400 and share the experience while mentioning the booking reference number. 

Cancellation and Reschedule

  • Customer can request for amendments to a booking made earlier by him only if the request is done 24 hours before the pickup time. No changes will be done within 24 hours of pick up time. In cases where amendments are requested on Taxicab type, it is subject to availability. In case of a no show where the customer has not informed Jettt on the changes on his schedule 24 hours before the pickup, no refunds will be made. The amendments can be done by contacting the support team of Jettt and mentioning the booking reference number.
  • If needed, a customer can amend his booking from one way to round trip or from one way to multi city while his travel is in progress. A request for amendment while mentioning the booking reference number & reason for amendment has to be made to the support team at Jettt. Whether or not to make an amendment as per the request of the customer solely rests with our support team. If the amendment request by the customer is approved by our support team, they will guide on the difference amount to be paid to the driver as to make the amendment a reality. This amount has to be paid immediately to the driver in cash after our team makes an amendment, failure to do so will not make the requested amendment a reality. 

Cancellation Charges

  • If a customer cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 10% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
  • If a customer cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund. 

Refund

  • In a scenario, where in a customer already has received the driver & cab details and the cab hired does not show up on the day of travel, it will be considered as the failure of the fleet partner of Jettt. Jettt will take all necessary efforts to provide the customer an alternative mode of transport immediately, in the shortest possible time & if failing to do so will provide the customer a full refund, which will be processed in a maximum of 15 days from the day the travel was scheduled to begin. Jettt is not liable to reimburse its customer for any expenses like hotel stay charges, flight ticket charges or any other type of monetary expenses which the customer had to bear as a result of no show of the cab on the day of planned cab travel.
  • The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
  • The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 business days.
